Weekend in Napa
Hall & Oates’ greatest hits just make Napa cabs hit different
The boyfriend and I took a weekend trip out to Cali to get our wine n’ dine on. He also wanted to see some Choo Choos, so we did that too. Check out our itinerary to see where we stayed, what we did, and what I wish we could have checked out!
I feel like I heard Hall & Oates everywhere. But unlike my boyfriend, I wasn’t mad about it, because I love me some H&O. All their songs are fire and really capture the essence of Napa.
The itinerary below covers the main attractions. We also had plenty of time to walk around and enjoy the scenery and grab coffee. Unfortunately I did’t take pictures of everything!

Notes:
We rented a car and drove, so we didn’t go balls to the wall with drinking
Its a good idea to make reservations for wine tastings and dinner far in advance
If you decide to check out The French Laundry, get reservations on TOCK.COM
They book on the first of each month for the following month beginning at 1 PM EST (check your time zone). E.g. Reservations for April open on March 1st
Reservations sell out quick! As in…minutes. Trying to get an early reservation on a weekday will up your chances

RH wine vault and RH Restaurant
Located in the historic Ma(i)sonry building. Built in 1904, This old stone building was a distillery in its former life. It is one of only two buildings in Yountville to be listed on the National Register of Historic places

Far Niente is next door neighbors with Opus one and is one the the oldest wineries in Napa. The name roughly translates to "Without a care” in Italian. This place is straight-out-of-a-storybook beautiful. It also has a fancy vintage car collection you can oogle at!

This is a limited pop-up by Chef Thomas Keller. We went right after dinner and were too stuffed to try anything! We did enjoy some champs (Champagne!) and listened to the live music though.

Good place to get a quick bite. Their breakfast sandwiches and NOLA coffee are a great way to start the day. They also have special “Millionaire" breakfast sandwiches that they only serve on Friday.

This place was actually really neat and we enjoyed the tour. Sacramento is also very cute and worth a visit! My phone was low on battery so I didn’t take many pictures!
