During the spring and summer months, it’s home to ~1.5 million Mexican Free-Tail bats. You can even take bat tours!
Only city left in the world with moonlight towers (117 to be exact)
Known for great weather. Austin averages over 200 days of sun each year.
The Texas State Capitol building is the second largest capitol building
Where Whole Foods got started
Some people believe Jack the Ripper may have lived here
Considered the live music capitol of the world
Bustling food truck scene - there are over 2,000 to choose from

Below is the itinerary of our trip. It doesn’t cover everything we did, but more-so highlights some of the specific things we wanted to make sure we hit up while in town.
